North Vancouver Public Library: Reading Tree

A project that we have been working on for quite some time has just seen the last of us, and the North Vancouver Public Library now has a new reading tree! We completed a series of wall murals for this Library about a year ago and are glad to have been able to add this final element, which can be opened up and used for storage as well as decoration. Jud and Kyle install the final bushy bits below.

This tree has been quite the undertaking as far as construction goes. We did the fiber-glassing ourselves but it’s been in and out of our shop multiple times for painting and finishing… both for the bark and the “housey” elements. Just for fun, here are a few shots of this thing in the works.

Everything we do goes through a different process. Check back often to see what else we’ve done!

  2. Having read this I thought it was very enlightening. I appreciate you
taking the time and energy to put this content together.
